Your large self-contained B&B Unit is located at the end of the main house.
You have your own access and are assured of privacy.

Your air-conditioned accommodation includes:

• Comfortable queen size bed to sink into at the end of the day
• A well stocked kitchen including induction hotplate, convection/microwave oven, electric fry pan, electric steamer, slow cooker, toaster, kettle and a jaffle maker
• Caffitaly coffee machine with a selection of pods to get you started
• Large gazebo to chill out on, located on the river bank with stunning views. Here you will find a BBQ, outdoor furniture including a beautiful 8-seat camphor laurel timber table and a 3-seater swinging chair
• Smart TV, Netflix, unlimited Wi-Fi, games, books, etc. (there is no TV reception at the property)
• Ceiling fans, reverse cycle air-conditioner, hair dryer, electric blanket (in season)
• Large bathroom with heat lamps

Breakfast provisions are included each morning, when available. Enjoy tucking into the freshest eggs supplied from the resident chooks, some bread for your toast and a selection of locally made jams or marmalade (when available). Pick your own herbs and vegetables when in season.

There are two other bedrooms available for your extra guests, with an extra charge.  One room has a  queen size bed and the other has two king singles.
